Best Mattress!!!! Best Service!!!

I purchased this mattress based on the reviews I read. I am totally and utterly pleased with the purchase and the service. I am stationed overseas and needed to get a mattress for my daughter who lives in Sydney. For some strange coincidence, Ecosa popped up onto my Facebook notifications at the same time. I asked a couple of questions and got immediate answers. Finally I took the plunge and bought the mattress plus a topper. The process was so smooth and delivery was amazingly quick. Best of all is that my daughter has been thanking me profusely for her Ecosa mattress. She used to have trouble sleeping and now sleeps like a baby. Thank you, Ecosa!!!!

Excellent support and comfort - no more tossing & turning!

My wife and I have had this mattress for 3 weeks now. It's very supportive when laying down (I thought it might be too soft when I first got it but when my weight is spread out laying down it's just right). I often get to bed later than her but with the ecosa I can get into bed without disturbing her side. Our 5 year old Sealy became very uncomfortable and I'd toss & turn just trying to find the right bit to sleep on, so the ecosa so far has been wonderful with consistent support. Great to have a washable cover too with these hot Sydney nights

Good things come to those who wait

Service - first of all, great service (delivered same door in metro Sydney after ordering before midday) Mattress - I'd previously had a medium firm memory foam mattress the past 10 years which has been great until it recently has started to lose it's shape (& not great sharing with a partner). I chose Ecosa over other local rivals due to the longer warranty (15 years) and choice of options of firmness (by removing the cover and flipping the layers). Even with the softest setting (medium), it's taken 3 weeks adjustment but finally at a point where I've adjusted to the firmness (still alot firmer than my old mattress). Pros: good back support (no complaints!) Short term cons: adjusting to the firmness (allow 3-4 weeks); removing the cover with the zip positioned on the bottom rather than the top of the mattress and then fire-resistant sock was a chore (~20 mins) just to change the firmness setting Long term cons: none, glad I made the purchase, recommend anyone who values good back support to consider purchasing, no risk given the generous returns policy
