Click & Collect

Click & Collect allows you to shop online and pick up your order in-store at your convenience. Simply choose your preferred location, place your order, and collect it once it's ready.

Order before 3pm for same-day pickup from our Click & Collect store locations. 

Your order will usually be ready for collection within 60 minutes, depending on product availability and store hours.

You'll receive an email notification as soon as your items are ready for collection.

For orders containing ONLY small items (e.g. pillows, bedding): Head to the Service Counter inside the store, where our friendly team will assist you. 

For orders containing bulky items (e.g. mattresses, sofa beds): Drive to the designated Click & Collect car park area at the back of the store. Once you've arrived, please ring the doorbell to let our team know you're there.

Once your order is placed, the pick-up location cannot be changed. Please double-check your chosen store before completing your order.

There is no minimum order value required to use Click & Collect. Simply order what you need and pick it up at your convenience.

You will need your order confirmation (either printed or on your phone) and identification (e.g., a driver's licence or credit card) to collect your order.

Please also ensure that your pick-up vehicle is the right size to transport your items. We don’t want you to be caught out!

Yes, someone else can collect your order on your behalf. They will need to provide the order confirmation before collecting.

If you miss the notification, don’t worry! Our store team will send you an SMS reminder.

If you have any issues or need more time, please contact the store.

No, Click & Collect is free of charge. Simply pay for your order online, and there are no additional fees to collect your items.
