• Sagging (10% of final score) – Tracks height and firmness when new and after the roller test. Less sag over time earns a better score.
• Sweat repellence (10% of final score) – Tests how much fluid the mattress takes in. Lower absorption helps limit odour and damage.
• Usage wear or damage (5% of final score) – Looks for visible fatigue after long-term simulation, such as cracks or pilling. Higher means less damage.
