Sorry, our 100-night trial applies specifically to Ecosa mattresses. However, your bed base is covered by a 5-year warranty for defects – so you can rest easy.

How do I protect and clean my bed?

Avoid placing your bed in direct sunlight to prevent colour fade. Dust the timber or wipe with a damp cloth, and vacuum the upholstery regularly on low suction.Remove spills immediately, using a clean, absorbent cloth to blot excess liquid. Do not scrub with a stiff brush.For trickier stains, spot clean with a damp cloth first to try and remove it. If it persists, try a mild detergent solution but test on an inconspicuous area first. Steer clear of harsh detergents and avoid using excess water to prevent water staining.Allow your bed to dry naturally in a well-ventilated area away from direct sunlight. Do I need tools to assemble the bed?

Nope. It’s quick and easy to assemble (and disassemble) our Haven Bed Frame in under 10 minutes. No tools, no stress – but you’ll need to find a buddy to help.

What wood oil/finish do we use?

We use an environmentally friendly and sustainable timber oil. It’s made from plant oils and waxes (sunflower, linseed, soybean and thistle oils). It’s also certified by the FSC and PEFC systems that support the sustainable and responsible management of the world’s forests.
