What is an Adjustable Bed?
What Makes an Adjustable Bed Different from a Regular Bed?
An adjustable bed is personalised comfort, no matter how you rest. Ecosa’s ErgoLift Adjustable Bed puts you in control — letting you fine-tune your comfort. Back or neck pain? Click to take the pressure off. A unique six-panel support system enhances mattress contouring for comfort and full-body support, adapting to the natural curves of your spine.
ErgoLift’s wireless remote control raises and lowers head and feet to your liking, or to preset elevation positions. Supporting improved circulation, elevated rest may also help ease symptoms of reflux, GERD, nasal congestion, headaches, snoring, or sleep apnoea*.
What is an Adjustable Bed Good For?
Benefits of using an adjustable bed:
- Custom comfort at the touch of a button
- Supportive positioning for rest and relaxation
- Elevation may help support improved circulation
- Elevation may also help to ease symptoms of reflux, GERD, nasal congestion, headaches, snoring, or sleep apnoea*
- Easier transitions in and out of bed
How to Use an Adjustable Bed
- Reading’ button — upright head with slight incline at the feet.
Supports the upper body at a relaxed sitting angle, reducing neck and back strain while easing tension in joints and muscles. Perfect for reading or watching TV, you can relax without putting pressure on the lower back. - ‘Anti Snore’ button — slightly inclined at the head.
This position reduces shoulder and neck strain — great for side and back sleepers. Keeping airways open, it may help ease sinus pressure, nasal congestion, headaches, snoring, symptoms of acid reflux, heartburn, and GERD* for a deeper sleep. - ‘Zero Gravity’ button — elevated feet with slight incline at the head.
Simulating a NASA-developed, neutral posture for astronauts during take-off, feet are elevated above the heart with weight distributed evenly. Taking pressure off the lower-back, circulation can improve and it may also help ease swelling in legs and feet*. - ‘Memory’ button — create your favourite position, and save it.
The preset you design. This button gives you the flexibility to save a preset position that works best for your personal needs and comfort preferences. Fine-tune to find what you love, and make it your Memory setting.
