Using Ecosa’s ErgoLift Adjustable Bed is simple. Thanks to the wireless remote, you can raise or lower the head and foot sections at the click of a button, until you find your ideal position — whether that’s upright, lounging, fully flat, or using one of the three heath-promoting preset buttons:

• Reading’ button — upright head with slight incline at the feet.
  Supports the upper body at a relaxed sitting angle, reducing neck and back strain while easing tension in joints and muscles. Perfect for reading or watching TV, you can relax without putting pressure on the lower back.


• ‘Anti Snore’ button — slightly inclined at the head.
  This position reduces shoulder and neck strain — great for side and back sleepers. Keeping airways open, it may help ease sinus pressure, nasal congestion, headaches, snoring, symptoms of acid reflux, heartburn, and GERD* for a deeper sleep.


• ‘Zero Gravity’ button — elevated feet with slight incline at the head.
  Simulating a NASA-developed, neutral posture for astronauts during take-off, feet are elevated above the heart with weight distributed evenly. Taking pressure off the lower-back, circulation can improve and it may also help ease swelling in legs and feet*.


• ‘Memory’ button — create your favourite position, and save it.
  The preset you design. This button gives you the flexibility to save a preset position that works best for your personal needs and comfort preferences. Fine-tune to find what you love, and make it your Memory setting.

You can also use it as a standalone base, on an existing bed base (on top of slats) or within a bed frame (with slats removed). Before purchasing, be sure to confirm with your base/frame brand if they are compatible with adjustable beds.

When looking for mattresses for an adjustable bed, flexible foam and hybrid mattresses work best. Widely compatible, the ErgoLift Adjustable Bed fits most mattresses and bed frames — including almost all Ecosa models.

The ErgoLift Adjustable Bed is not compatible with Ecosa’s Sierra or Elio Bed Frames, or TrueFirm Mattress, Bonnel spring mattresses, mattresses over 40cm in height, or bed heads with large cushions.
