How does the returns process work?

If for any reason you are not happy with the Pure Mattress, just email us to let us know. We will arrange to have the mattress collected by the Salvation Army to be donated to families in need. Once the mattress has been collected you will be issued a full refund.

What happens to my returned mattress?

We will arrange to have the mattress collected by the Salvation Army to help families in need. To date, we've donated 3000+ mattresses in Australia and 500+ mattresses in New Zealand.If you are located outside of the Salvation Army's collection area, don't worry, we will locate the closest charity to you to make sure we help families in need.

Where can I try the mattress?

The best place to try our mattress is in the comfort of your own home. You can sleep on the Pure Mattress for 100 nights and let your body decide if it’s right for you.
