Sleep Among Giants with Museums Victoria

Whether you're bringing the kids or living out your own Night at the Museum moment, there’s a sleepover for you.

• Family Sleepovers are designed for children aged 6–12 and their grown-up sidekicks.
• Adult Sleepovers are strictly 18+, for those who know their way around a dinosaur skeleton and a cheese board.

Each event is tailored to its crowd because bedtime looks different when you're six (or sipping gin by a fossil).

Right in the heart of Melbourne Museum, surrounded by prehistoric giants.

You'll be set up with a supportive single Ecosa mattress (complete with mattress protector), so you won’t be tossing and turning on the museum floor.

Adult guests also get an Ecosa Sleep Tight Eye Mask to take home because even in a room full of dinosaurs, deep sleep matters.

You and your crew will be placed in a designated area of the Dinosaur Walk. Museum staff will be on hand at entrances and exits to help with anything you need.

Plenty. Expect exclusive after-dark access to exhibitions (yes, even the Lego Star Wars® The Exhibition one), torchlit tours, IMAX screenings, and engaging activities. And in the morning? A light breakfast to start your day on the right side of the bed.
