Ecosa x Melbourne Museum Giveaway Terms and Conditions

These are the terms and conditions for the Ecosa x Melbourne Museum Sleepover Giveaway competition.

This competition ("Competition") is conducted by Ecosa (ECOSA GROUP PTY LTD), ABN 68 604 828 766, at 9 Prince Patrick Street, Richmond, Victoria 3121.

Promotion Period

This promotion opens at 12:00:01am AEST on 15th of June 2025 and closes at 11:59:59pm AEST on 29th of June 2025 (“Promotion Period”). Entries submitted outside this period will be deemed invalid.

Entry Procedure:

To enter, eligible individuals must, during the Promotion Period:
- 1. Follow @ecosa_sleep on Instagram.
- 2. Follow @melbournemuseum on Instagram.
- 3. Visit www.ecosa.com.au and submit a valid entry form including their name and email address.
One entry per person. By entering this competition, you agree to receive marketing communications from Ecosa and Museums Victoria.
To be eligible to win, entrants must follow both Instagram accounts and complete the sign-up form at the time of the prize draw.
To enter the Promotion, entrants must complete the Entry Procedure and comply with all other applicable requirements during the Promotion Period. Entries must be submitted following the Entry Procedure and will not be accepted in any other form.
The Promoters and/or their representatives may conduct security and/or verification checks (including enforcement of the Verification Requirements) at their discretion to determine the bona fides of an entrant’s eligibility to enter the Promotion. Ineligible entries will be deemed to be invalid.
Where an entry is deemed invalid (at the Promoters’ absolute discretion) prior to the Prize Claim Date, the Promoters may determine a new winner in accordance with the Unclaimed Prize Arrangements.
The Promoters’ decisions in connection with the Competition are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
All entries and the content contained in those entries become the property of the Promoters. Once submitted, entries cannot be amended or withdrawn.

Prizes

Ecosa Prize

1 x AUD $5,000 Ecosa voucher, redeemable on ecosa.com.au only.

The voucher is valid for 12 months from the issue date and must be used in a single transaction.
Non-transferable and not redeemable for cash.

Museums Victoria Prize

4 x Melbourne Museum Family Sleepover Tickets for up to 2 adults and 2 children, valued at AUD $1,020.

Includes:

Exclusive after-hours museum access
IMAX cinema experience (including drinks, popcorn, choc tops)
Access to the LEGO® Star Wars™ exhibition
Supper and breakfast
Sleepover on Ecosa mattresses
Dinosaur-themed souvenir and gift
Overnight parking

Note:

Winners will have the opportunity to select tickets from a 6-month forward schedule of dates.
Once confirmed, any changes to ticketed dates must occur fourteen (14) days prior to the event. Event dates are subject to change.

Winner Selection & Notification

This is a game of chance, skills play no role in determining the winners.
Winners will be selected at random within 5 business days of the Promotion Period ending.
The winners will be contacted via the email address provided in the entry form.
The Promoters reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions and to end any promotions, sales or discount offers at any time.

Prize Conditions & Claiming Terms

The Ecosa voucher must be used in full by the expiry date. Prizes, or any unused portion of a prize, are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash, unless otherwise specified.
The Family Museum Sleepover date is subject to availability and must be booked in accordance with Melbourne Museum's terms and schedule.
Travel and other costs associated with attendance are not included in the prize and are the responsibility of the winner.
If a winner cannot be contacted or does not claim their prize or an element of the prize within three (3) months of the draw date, 30th of June 2025, the Promoters reserve the right to re-draw and award the prize to another eligible entrant.
Ecosa reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions and to end any promotions, sales or discount offers at any time.
If any element of the prize is unavailable, Ecosa and Museums Victoria reserve the right to substitute it with a prize of equal value.

Eligibility and Entry Restrictions

This promotion is open to Victorian residents aged 18 years or over.
The following individuals are ineligible to enter:
- Employees, directors, contractors and management of Ecosa, Museums Victoria, and any agencies or companies associated with this promotion
- Immediate family members of the above (including spouses, parents, natural or adopted children, and natural or adopted siblings, whether or not they reside in the same household)
By entering, entrants agree to these terms and conditions.
All entries become the property of Ecosa. Entries cannot be amended once submitted.
The Promoters’ decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
The Promoters reserve the right to verify the validity of entries and disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process.
The Promoters reserve the right to modify or cancel the competition at any time without prior notice.

Privacy

In addition to the privacy term set out in the Conditions of Entry, if the entrant has opted in and entered the competition, the entrant hereby agrees that the Promoters may send marketing material to the entrant.

The Promoters may also use personal information provided by entrants to send information about the Promoters’ (or its related entities') products and services (including via electronic means) and may disclose the information to its related bodies corporate, agencies, and contractors (including call centres, advertising agencies, and direct mail houses).
