Ecosa Store Launch Giveaway Terms and Conditions

These are the terms and conditions for the Ecosa Store Launch Giveaway.

This competition ("Competition") is conducted by Ecosa (ECOSA GROUP PTY LTD), ABN 68 604 828 766, at 9 Prince Patrick Street, Richmond, Victoria 3121.

Promotion Period

This promotion runs for 30 days at each of the participating Ecosa store locations:

  • Nunawading – 288 Whitehorse Road, Nunawading VIC 3131
    (Competition live from 12:00:01am AEST on 21 August 2025 until 11:59:59pm AEST on 20 September 2025)
  • Geelong – 77–79 Pakington Street, Geelong VIC 3220
    (Competition live from 12:00:01am AEST on 7 July 2025 until 11:59:59pm AEST on 6 August 2025)
  • Perth – Midland Megaplex, 7 Clayton Road, Bellevue WA 6056
    (Competition live from 12:00:01am AWST on 11 August 2025 until 11:59:59pm AWST on 10 September 2025)

Specific Promotion Period dates will also be communicated on-site at each store location. Entries submitted outside of the relevant store’s 30-day promotional window will be deemed invalid.

Entry Procedure

  • To enter, eligible individuals must, during the Promotion Period:
    • 1. Visit an Ecosa store listed above within the competition period.
    • 2. Test an Ecosa mattress in store and ‘feel the Ecosa difference’.
    • 3. Scan the in-store QR code linking to ecosa.com.au/subscribe-store-launch on Instagram.
    • 4. Submit a valid entry form including their name, email address, and selected store location.

One entry per person, per store. By entering this competition, entrants agree to receive marketing communications from Ecosa. All fields must be completed to be eligible.

Entries must be submitted following the Entry Procedure and will not be accepted in any other form. The Promoter reserves the right to conduct verification checks and disqualify any ineligible entries at its discretion.

All entries become the property of Ecosa. Once submitted, entries cannot be amended or withdrawn.

Prizes

Each store location will award five (5) individual winners from entries collected during that store’s Promotion Period.

Total Prize Pool (Per Store): AUD $10,000

Each winner will receive one of the following prizes:

  • 1 x Ecosa Bedroom Upgrade Package
  • 1 x Ecosa Sydney Sofa Bed Queen (or voucher of equal value)
  • 1 x Ecosa Pure Mattress (or voucher of equal value)
  • 1 x Ecosa Mattress (or voucher of equal value)
  • 1 x Ecosa Twin Pack Pillows (or voucher of equal value)

Prizes are non-transferable, not redeemable for cash, and valid for use at ecosa.com.au only. Vouchers issued must be used in one transaction and are valid for 12 months from the issue date.

Winner Selection & Notification

  • This is a game of chance, skills play no role in determining the winners.
  • Winners will be selected at random within 5 business days of the Promotion Period ending.
  • The winners will be contacted via the email address provided in the entry form.
  • The Promoters reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions and to end any promotions, sales or discount offers at any time.

Prize Conditions & Claiming Terms

  • The Ecosa vouchers must be used in full by the expiry date. Prizes, or any unused portion of a prize, are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash, unless otherwise specified.
  • If a winner cannot be contacted or does not claim their prize or an element of the prize within three (3) months of the draw date, the Promoters reserve the right to re-draw and award the prize to another eligible entrant.
  • If any element of the prize is unavailable, Ecosa reserve the right to substitute it with a prize of equal value.

Eligibility and Entry Restrictions

  • This promotion is open to Victorian & WA residents aged 18 years or over.
  • The following individuals are ineligible to enter:
    • Employees, directors, contractors and management of Ecosa, and any agencies or companies associated with this promotion
    • Immediate family members of the above (including spouses, parents, natural or adopted children, and natural or adopted siblings, whether or not they reside in the same household)
  • By entering, entrants agree to these terms and conditions.
  • All entries become the property of Ecosa. Entries cannot be amended once submitted.
  • The Promoters’ decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
  • The Promoters reserve the right to verify the validity of entries and disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process.
  • The Promoters reserve the right to modify or cancel the competition at any time without prior notice.

Privacy

In addition to the privacy term set out in the Conditions of Entry, if the entrant has opted in and entered the competition, the entrant hereby agrees that the Promoters may send marketing material to the entrant.

The Promoters may also use personal information provided by entrants to send information about the Promoters’ (or its related entities') products and services (including via electronic means) and may disclose the information to its related bodies corporate, agencies, and contractors (including call centres, advertising agencies, and direct mail houses).
