However, once your mattress has expanded outside the box, we don’t recommend refolding or reboxing your mattress at home, as it requires special equipment to do so without damaging your mattress.

An Ecosa mattress in a box can last up to 15 years with proper care, just like a traditional mattress. The highest-quality foams and durable design are built to provide long-term support and comfort.

We recommend unboxing your mattress in a box within 3 months of delivery to ensure it expands properly and performs at its best. Keeping it in the box longer may affect how well it expands or inflates.

An Ecosa mattress will inflate or expand almost immediately once unboxed and removed from the wrapping, but it may take 24–48 hours to fully settle into its final shape.
