How does the returns process work?

We want you to be over the moon with your Rio Sofa Bed. So if, for any reason, you are not happy during your 100-night trial, please email us to let us know. We will arrange for your sofa bed to be collected and donated to a family in need – no arguments or jumping through hoops involved. Once your sofa bed has been collected, you'll be issued a full refund (including your delivery fee).
