You can expect your new bedding(s) to arrive within 2-7 business days. Once we receive your order, we will dispatch it within 1 business day (Monday - Friday).

Our organic bamboo sheets are smooth, silky, and super soft to touch due to the nature and quality of the fabric. Expect it to be softer than cotton! It’s also incredibly breathable - ready to give you a comfortable sleep all-night long.

All of our bamboo products have undergone a shrinking process to prevent further shrinking in use.

Under the Health Act, and for hygiene reasons, sheets, quilts covers, pillowcases, comforters, blankets, pillow protectors, mattress protectors cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded if they have been opened and/or washed, unless faulty.

Unfortunately, this means we cannot accept change-of-mind returns on our bamboo bedding once the order has been shipped.

Unfortunately, the 100-night trial is not available on the bamboo sheets. The Ecosa sheets has a 45-day warranty against defects. Ecosa will provide free returns and free replacements.

The Ecosa Bamboo products are 100% organic with a 400 thread count. Due to the nature of bamboo fabric, they are softer and much breathable than 1500 cotton thread count.

Bamboo is a soft, silky, delicate material and needs to be cared for as such.

We suggest a cold wash, using a delicate-mild detergent.

Can be tumble dried on a low heat setting. 

Can be ironed, using a cool setting

Our bamboo bedding products are made of 100% bamboo lyocell fabric. This method of manufacturing bamboo is the greenest and results in a soft fabric.
