You can expect your new topper(s) to arrive within 2-7 business days. Once we receive your order, we will dispatch it within 1 business day (Monday - Friday).

Yes, you may use an electric blanket or heating pad on the Ecosa topper. Just remember to always follow the safety instructions of the electric blanket.

Absolutely. The cover of the topper has a zipper that you can just remove and put in the washer. Run it in a cold setting, and voila - a fresh topper once again!

Unfortunately, the 100-Night Trial is not available on the Topper. Once the box has been opened, this product can no longer be returned.

The Ecosa topper does have a 10-year warranty against defects, where Ecosa will provide a free return and replacement.
