Silk Pillowcase FAQ

Unlike most fabrics, the quality of silk is not determined by its thread count. Instead, the silk industry use Momme as a metric to measure the silk’s density and quality.

The Ecosa silk pillowcase is 25 Momme - making it a highly-durable silk with a luxurious feel.

Mulberry silk is the highest quality silk available in the world. It’s 100% natural, odourless, and hypoallergenic. It also contains certain amino acids (the building blocks of protein) that are the same pH level as our skin - rendering them perfect even for sensitive skin.

Unfortunately, the 100-day trial is not available on the silk pillowcase. The Ecosa silk pillowcase has a 45-day warranty against defects but cannot be returned for change of mind.

Regarding warranty claims, Ecosa will provide free returns and free replacements.

You can expect your new silk pillowcase(s) to arrive within 2-7 business days. Once we receive your order, we will dispatch it within 1 business day (Monday - Friday).

Yes, our silk pillowcases are silk on both sides.
