No, unfortunately our 100-night trial does not apply to our bed base. Your bed base is covered by a 5 year warranty for any defects.

We offer fast and free delivery of mattresses to metropolitan Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Perth and Adelaide. Score next-day delivery if your order is placed by 11:59pm on a weekday. At checkout, you can choose a delivery window that suits you: 10am–2pm (if ordered by 3pm) or 2pm–6pm (if ordered between 3pm and 11:59pm); Saturday 10am-2pm (NSW & VIC only).

Same-day delivery is also available for bed base at a flat fee of $50 if you place your order by 11:30am.

For those outside our metro delivery zone, your bed base will arrive in 1-7 business days. Some regional deliveries will be charged a flat fee of $175 due to higher transportation costs. Please note that we are unable to deliver to some remote postcodes.

For our mattresses, yes, but any orders containing the Ecosa bed base are handled differently. Your bed base is delivered in 3 boxes, so a little extra care needs to go into the process.

We'll do our best to deliver both products at once so you can upgrade your sleep asap. However, they may arrive at different times depending on the stock status and warehouse location.

Need a place to rest your head pronto? Fear not. If you need your mattress first, we’ve got your back. Just place two separate orders – one for your mattress, and another for your bed base. If you’ve already placed your order, contact [email protected] as soon as possible.

Your bed frame won’t be assembled upon delivery. Panic not – it’s a super simple process. Just grab a mate and you’ll be done in no time.

If you miss your delivery, please contact customer service to reschedule. Please note that the earliest we can reschedule your new delivery slot is at least two business days following your request.

Example: Amanda orders her bed base on a Monday, and chooses delivery between 8am and 12pm on Thursday. On Wednesday, Amanda realises she won’t be home tomorrow. She contacts Ecosa and reschedules her delivery. Amanda can choose any available slot from the following Monday.

We use Osmo oil as our finish. It’s an environmentally friendly and sustainable timber oil that’s made out of plant oils and waxes (sunflower, linseed, soybean and thistle oils). It’s also certified by the FSC and PEFC systems that both support the sustainable and responsible management of the world’s forests.

Ash wood generally has straight and smooth grains, but each bed base will follow the pattern of the specific ash tree it came from! This means every piece is unique and won’t have a similar pattern to others.

We seal our bed base with a light, oil-based paint to enhance the lovely, natural texture of the timber and extend your product's life. Free from unpleasant smells and toxic fumes, the environmentally friendly paint protects the bed base against damage and enhances its lustre and smoothness.

The Ecosa bed base is made from natural American Ash timber. The properties of natural wood make it sensitive to direct dry heat or moisture, so we recommend you keep your bed base away from heating ducts, radiators and electric/gas heaters.
