Once we receive your order, we will dispatch it within 1 business day (Monday - Friday). It can take anywhere between 2-7 business days after that for your order to arrive.
Our returns process is easy! If you’re not loving your Ecosa pillow and are still within your trial period, feel free to contact us! We’ll organise your return and full refund.
We donate all our returned pillows to Anonymous X to help the homeless, and to The Salvation Army to help families in need. Our pillow pads go to the RSPCA for use as cat beds.
There sure is! As with our mattress, you have 100 nights to trial the Ecosa pillow. If you don't love it, let us know and we will arrange a return and full refund.
Our pillow has an ergonomic design to support your neck and head. This can help alleviate neck pain.
It has been designed with an adjustable feature so you can change the height of the pillow to suit your body size and sleep style by removing or adding pads as required.
We suggest
Small-Medium body builds: use the pillow only.
Medium-Large body builds: use the pillow plus one pad layer.
Large body builds: use the pillow plus two pad layers.
Our pillow is made to suit Australian standard size, 38cm x 56cm.
Being an ergonomic design, our pillow has a high side and a low side. The high side measures up to 13 centimetres, while the low side is 10 centimetres. The pillow comes with two additional pads you can insert - one is 2 centimetres and the other is 3 centimetres.
