Ecosa Flax Linen Bedding FAQ

Bamboo bedding feels soft and silky to the touch. Flax linen is also soft but very different, with more texture. Your flax linen bedding will continue to soften with each wash and wear, meaning each night will be better than the last.

You can expect your new bedding(s) to arrive within 2-7 business days. Once we receive your order, we will dispatch it within 1 business day (Monday - Friday).

Our flax linen sheets are smooth, soft and will continue to get softer with every wash. Linen feels luxurious and can hold up to 20% of its weight in water, meaning it’ll keep you cool and dry as you sleep.

All of our flax linen bedding has been pre-washed and undergone a process to prevent further shrinking in use.

Under the Health Act, and for hygiene reasons, sheets, quilts covers, pillowcases, comforters, blankets, pillow protectors, mattress protectors cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded if they have been opened and/or washed, unless faulty.

Unfortunately, this means we cannot accept change-of-mind returns on our flax linen bedding once the order has been shipped.

Unfortunately, the 100-night trial is not available on the flax linen bedding, however there is a 45-day warranty against defects. Ecosa will provide free returns and free replacements in this case.

Our flax linen bedding is made of 100% organic pure flax linen, sourced from the flax plant which is grown in Europe.
