We want you to be over the moon with your Pure Mattress. So if, for any reason, you are not happy during your 100-night trial, please email us to let us know. We will arrange for your mattress to be collected and donated to a family in need – no arguments or jumping through hoops involved. Once your mattress has been collected, you'll be issued a full refund (including your delivery fee).
We can guarantee that the Pure Mattress are completely free from fiberglass.
While fiberglass is found in some competitors' budget mattress and can pose serious health risks, we do not use it in any part of the pure mattress. Our mattresses are all made from superior materials to ensure you enjoy a safe and comfortable sleep.
We will arrange to have the mattress collected by the Salvation Army to help families in need. To date, we've donated 3000+ mattresses in Australia and 500+ mattresses in New Zealand.
If you are located outside of the Salvation Army's collection area, don't worry, we will locate the closest charity to you to make sure we help families in need.
The best place to try our mattress is in the comfort of your own home. You can sleep on the Pure Mattress for 100 nights and let your body decide if it’s right for you.
Unlike traditional mattress companies, we don’t have a high mark-up on our products. We choose not to waste money on large showrooms full of pushy salespeople on big commissions. Instead, we sell our mattress directly online and pass the savings onto you. We offer fast and free delivery directly to your doorstep.
It’s pretty simple! The Pure Mattress has two interchangeable layers that you can choose from depending on your sleeping style and overall preference for firmness.
Your mattress will arrive with the Medium-Plush firmness setting. To switch to Medium firmness, swap the 1st and 3rd layer of the mattress, with the micro coils layer in between. This will mean the Plush layer will go below the micro coils, and the Medium layer will be on top.
The Pure Mattress cover is machine-washable. Please make sure to use water at room temperature. If using a dryer to dry the item, avoid high heat, as this can melt, shrink or deform the fabric.
The Pure Mattress is designed to work on any firm, flat surface. It can be placed on the floor, a slatted bed frame or a spring box. All our sizes are suited to Australian Standards. If your bed base is not made up to Australian Standards, please refer to the dimensions of the Pure Mattress. Sizes with a difference of 3cm will still fit.
Ecosa is an Australian-owned and based company. We source only the best quality raw materials from around the world and manufacture our products in China.
Whilst the Ecosa Mattress is well-known to be extremely breathable, the Pure Mattress takes it up a notch. The combination of latex, micro coils and pocket springs allow for air to flow freely throughout the mattress, meaning you and your mattress won’t feel hot as you sleep.
Yes, you may use an electric blanket or heating pad on the Pure Mattress. Just remember to always follow the safety instructions for the electric blanket.
Just remember that you need to ensure the environment is suitable for the mattress as humidity, condensation, and moisture can cause mould to develop.
To avoid this, simply stand the mattress regularly to breathe. You can also air out and vacuum the area beneath the mattress regularly. Please note Ecosa will not accept returns or warranty claims for mould or mould-related defects.
There is no need to keep any of the boxes or packaging. If a return is required, the charity will collect the mattress at full size as long as it is in clean condition with no rips, tears or stains.
The trial period does begin from the date of delivery so if you know there will be a delay in the opening and use of the mattress, you may wish to select a later dispatch date at checkout.
All you need to do is enter your address at checkout and select a dispatch date. From your selected date, it can take between 1-7 business days for the mattress to arrive.
Unfortunately, we are not able to dispose of your old mattress. We recommend donating your mattress to the Salvation Army if it is in great condition or organising with your local council to have it picked up. Another great solution is to contact mattress recycling centres which can be found nationwide - your mattress can then be recycled into useful products like carpet underlay.
