Mattress Shipping FAQ

We offer fast and free delivery of mattresses to metropolitan Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Perth and Adelaide. Score next-day delivery if your order is placed by 11:59pm on a weekday. At checkout, you can choose a delivery window that suits you: 10am–2pm (if ordered by 3pm) or 2pm–6pm (if ordered between 3pm and 11:59pm); Saturday 10am-2pm (NSW & VIC only).

Same-day delivery is also available for mattresses (excluding the Pure Mattress) at a flat fee of $50 if you place your order by 11:30am.

For those outside our metro delivery zone, your mattress will arrive in 1-7 business days. Some regional deliveries will be charged a flat fee of $175 due to higher transportation costs. Please note that we are unable to deliver to some remote postcodes.

We want you to be over the moon with your Align Firm Mattress. So if, for any reason, you are not happy during your 100-night trial, please email us to let us know. We will arrange for your mattress to be collected and donated to a family in need – no arguments or jumping through hoops involved. Once your mattress has been collected, you'll be issued a full refund (including your delivery fee).

We will arrange to have the mattress collected by the Salvation Army to help families in need. To date, we've donated 3000+ mattresses in Australia and 500+ mattresses in New Zealand.

If you are located outside of the Salvation Army's collection area, don't worry, we will locate the closest charity to you to make sure we help families in need.

Unlike traditional mattress companies, we don’t have a high mark-up on our products. We choose not to waste money on large showrooms full of pushy salespeople on big commissions. Instead, we sell our mattress directly online and pass the savings onto you. We offer fast and free delivery directly to your doorstep.

Unfortunately not, the Align Firm Mattress is only extra firm. If you’re looking for a mattress with adjustable firmness, check out the Ecosa Mattress or Pure Mattress.

The Align Firm Mattress is 20cm (7.87 inches) high. The length and width of the mattress adhere to standard Australian dimensions, as listed below:

Single - 92 x 188 cm

King Single - 107 x 203 cm

Double - 138 x 188 cm

Queen - 153 x 203 cm

King - 183 x 203 cm

Super King - 203 x 203 cm

Mattress cover is not removable. Spot clean only.

The Align Firm Mattress is designed to work on any firm, flat surface. It can be placed on the floor, a slatted bed frame or a spring box. All our sizes are suited to Australian Standards. If your bed base is not made up to Australian Standards, please refer to the dimensions of the Align Firm Mattress. Sizes with a difference of 3cm will still fit.

Ecosa is an Australian-owned and based company. We source only the best quality raw materials from around the world and manufacture our products in China.

The Align Firm Mattress will support up to a total of 300kg, or 150kg per sleeper.

Whilst the Ecosa Mattress is well-known to be extremely breathable, the Align Firm Mattress takes it up a notch. Pocket springs allow for air to flow freely throughout the mattress, meaning you and your mattress won’t feel hot as you sleep.

Unfortunately, it will not re-compress back into the box once you release it from the package.

No, you don’t need to flip your mattress upside down or rotate it. Rotating and flipping means you miss out on some of the ergonomic benefits from the pocket springs.

Yes, you may use an electric blanket or heating pad on the Align Firm Mattress. Just remember to always follow the safety instructions for the electric blanket. 

You sure can!

Just remember that you need to ensure the environment is suitable for the mattress as humidity, condensation, and moisture can cause mould to develop.

To avoid this, simply stand the mattress regularly to breathe. You can also air out and vacuum the area beneath the mattress regularly. Please note Ecosa will not accept returns or warranty claims for mould or mould-related defects.

There is no need to keep any of the boxes or packaging. If a return is required, the charity will collect the mattress at full size as long as it is in clean condition with no rips, tears or stains.

We suggest no longer than 6-8 weeks.

The trial period does begin from the date of delivery so if you know there will be a delay in the opening and use of the mattress, you may wish to select a later dispatch date at checkout.

All you need to do is enter your address at checkout and select a dispatch date. From your selected date, it can take between 1-7 business days for the mattress to arrive.

Unfortunately, we are not able to dispose of your old mattress. We recommend donating your mattress to the Salvation Army if it is in great condition or organising with your local council to have it picked up. Another great solution is to contact mattress recycling centres which can be found nationwide - your mattress can then be recycled into useful products like carpet underlay.

With proper care, the Align Firm Mattress can last up to 15 years.

We can guarantee that the Align Firm Mattress are completely free from fiberglass.

While fiberglass is found in some competitors' budget mattress and can pose serious health risks, we do not use it in any part of the align firm mattress. Our mattresses are all made from superior materials to ensure you enjoy a safe and comfortable sleep.
