When you lodge a return, our team will assess your request before processing your refund. Upon approval, your refund will be processed and funds will be returned to the original payment method used to make your purchase.
Please note: PayPal, Afterpay and Zip Pay refunds can only be processed via the original payment account. If you have closed your PayPal, Afterpay or Zip Pay account since your purchase, you must reactivate the account to obtain your funds. Ecosa is unable to process refunds to any other source on orders made with a third party payment platform.
