Congratulations on the purchase of your new Ecosa mattress. Our philosophy has always been to provide customers with the best quality product. But if you do change your mind or have experienced a defect with your Ecosa product, simply review our Terms & Conditions below and contact us at support@ecosa.com.au for further information.

100 NIGHT TRIAL POLICY:

  • If you're not completely satisfied within 100 nights of sleeping on your new Ecosa mattress, you may return it for any reason, and you are entitled for a full refund or exchange it for a different mattress size & model.
  • In the case of an exchange, you'll be responsible only for any difference in pricing.
  • Ecosa will cover any additional shipping expenses.
  • Ecosa will never resell a used mattress, your original mattress will likely be donated to charity. These collections can take up to 10 business days. All mattresses need to be kept in a clean condition acceptable for donation prior to the refund being processed. If an alternative pickup is necessary, the related charges for the original mattress will be covered by Ecosa. All collections will be done within business hours.
  • Please note that, in all cases, the original receipt showing proof of purchase is required. This policy is limited to one return or exchange per household, and it must be exercised directly with Ecosa no later than 100 nights after delivery of your mattress.

15 YEAR WARRANTY:

WHO AND WHAT DOES THIS WARRANTY COVER?

This Warranty is not transferable and covers you only if you are the original purchaser and current owner of the Ecosa mattress for which you are seeking recourse under the Warranty and purchased it directly from Ecosa.

Our Warranty Covers:

  • A visible level of dipping (caused by body impression) greater than 20mm on the mattress. This refers to an dipping that is visible when no weight is applied to the top of the mattress. Please note that Ecosa mattresses are designed to work on a firm, solid-surface, on a bed base (e.g., a frame or platform) that is structurally capable of supporting the weight of the mattress and user upon it.
  • Any manufacturer defect in the mattress cover such as the fabric tearing or stitching unraveling.

Our Warranty Does Not Cover:

  • Minor imperfections and slight cosmetic flaws.
  • Excluded damage includes but is not limited to stains, smoke or water damage, soiled or unsanitary mattress, burns, rips, tears or damage from an insufficient base.
  • Any unsanitary condition or conditions caused by abusive activities.
  • Individual or personalised preferences relating to firmness, texture, comfort, etc.
  • Natural aroma from latex, cotton or foam, etc.

WHAT WILL ECOSA DO?

  • We will repair or replace the product or its material components (e.g., the mattress cover).
  • Ecosa reserves the right to repair or replace your product.
  • Ecosa reserves the right to offer you a refund or similar replacement if your item has been discontinued.
  • Any repair or replacement will not extend the original period of limited warranty, nor will it constitute the beginning of a new limited warranty period.

OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

Ecosa makes no medical or health claims regarding its mattresses. Allergies, discomfort, or other conditions, are not covered under this Warranty. Any questions or concerns regarding medical or health conditions should be addressed by a licensed physician.

HOW TO MAKE A CLAIM UNDER THIS WARRANTY?

  • Any further replacements will require customer to pay postage and handling fee which will vary based on their location.

  • Any physical flaw in the foam material that causes it to split or crack.
  • Any manufacturer defect in the mattress cover such as the fabric tearing or stitching unraveling.

Our Warranty Does Not Cover:

  • Minor imperfections and slight cosmetic flaws.
  • Normal wear and tear that occur over time.
  • Any unsanitary condition or conditions caused by abusive activities.
  • Individual or personalised preferences relating to firmness, texture, comfort, etc.
  • Natural aroma from latex, cotton or foam, etc.

BAMBOO PRODUCT WARRANTY
&
SILK PILLOWCASE WARRANTY

Under the Health Act and for hygiene reasons, sheets, quilts covers, comforters, blankets, pillows, pillow protectors, mattress protectors cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded if they have been used or washed, unless faulty.

Our 45 days limited warranty entitles you to a replacement that covers craftsmanship faults outside of general wear and tear. The buyer is responsible for inspecting the goods for fault and notifying us within 45 days of receiving the good should there be a fault.

Our Warranty Covers:

  • Any physical flaw in the fabric material that causes it to split.
  • Any manufacturer defect in the duvet cover such as the fabric tearing.

Our Warranty Does Not Cover:

  • Minor imperfections and slight cosmetic flaws.
  • Normal wear and tear that occur over time.
  • Normal wear and tear that occur after washing.
  • Pilling and abrasion caused by rubbing and washing.
  • Any unsanitary condition or conditions caused by abusive activities.

WHAT WILL ECOSA DO?

  • We will repair or replace the product or its components (e.g., single pillowcase).
  • Ecosa reserves the right to offer you a refund if your item has been discontinued.
  • Any repair or replacement will not extend the original period of limited warranty, nor will it constitute the beginning of a new limited warranty period.
